Yes, a subscription can be cancelled per month. As soon as you cancel it, you can still use the purchased and paid month to place advertisements. You will no longer receive an invoice after cancellation.

Unfortunately, it takes longer for your advertisement to become visible via bank transfer. This is an automatic system. After receipt of payment, the advertisement will be activated immediately and you will receive a confirmation email. Activation after payment from the Netherlands takes approximately 24 hours. Activation of payments from abroad (Belgium) can take 3 to 4 working days.

Often this has to do with the size of the photos. The easiest way is to reduce the size of the photos. If this still doesn’t work, email the photos to info@sporthorsesmail.com and clearly state the category and which advertisement it concerns. We will then add the photos as soon as possible.

There is a delay of a few minutes before a homepage or top ad becomes visible (approximately 10 minutes). Also, homepage and top ads are shown randomly with other homepage and top ads.

You can log in with your email address and password at www.sporthorses.co.uk –> My profile. You will then get an overview of your advertisements. Do you have an advertisement but no account yet? Then create a new account and your advertisement will automatically appear there.

Sporthorses sends automatic emails, this email is sometimes treated as spam by providers. Often when not received, these emails are in your “junk mail” or “spam box”
