Unicorn PRE gelding and a Friesian gelding

Description
Due to the enormous insect pressure in the floodplains where we live, I can no longer keep two of my three horses here responsibly. Both horses have developed an allergy to midges. Despite eczema sheets and fly masks, the pressure here remains so high that I have to make a different choice for their welfare.
I am looking for a real 10-star home for them in a dry, open, and preferably windy location. Think of a polder, a location close to the coast, or a large open plain, without marshy pastures or standing water. In places with a regular breeze, midge pressure is usually much lower.
Ideally, they will end up with someone who aligns with the vision behind Human & Horse and who values a calm, fair, and horse-friendly training method.
### Farruco – 10-year-old PRE gelding
Yunque VII x Farruca LXXVI
Farruco is a large, exceptionally beautiful PRE with an impressive presence, abundant feathering, and a gorgeous mane.
We brought him over from Spain ourselves about 2,5 years ago. After his arrival in the Netherlands, he proved to be very stallion-like, after which we had him castrated about five months later. Since then, he has changed tremendously. He has grown into a very sweet, willing, and correct horse with good manners.
In Spain, Farruco was ridden intensively. With us, he was first given the time and rest to settle physically and mentally. We are now quietly picking up work again, both from the ground and under saddle.
The emphasis is currently on relaxation, trust, length in his body, and working quietly long and low. From his previous training, he was used to a lot of collection and quickly thought of piaffe. We are now guiding him step-by-step towards more calm and balance.
I completed my education in instruction and liberty, among other things, with Greetje Hakvoort. From that vision, Farruco is currently being further guided.
He wears an eczema sheet and hood here, but despite all measures, the insect pressure at our location remains too heavy for him.
### Watze van Diphoorn – 11-year-old Friesian gelding
Bartele x Sierk
Watze is my absolute best friend and without a doubt one of the sweetest horses I have ever known.
He accompanied me for years during my education in academic art of riding, with a strong emphasis on ground work. Our last training course together was the liberty course with Greetje Hakvoort.
Watze is very well-behaved and extensively trained in ground work and liberty. He is people-oriented, reliable, and loves to be with you and work together. He has a soft character and works with great joy and focus.
He is also currently being quietly restarted under saddle.
Watze naturally has abundant, beautiful feathering. Unfortunately, he has also developed an allergy to midges and the insect pressure at our current location has become too heavy.
### Conditions
Their welfare comes above everything else for me. Therefore, I am not looking for a quick sale, but for the right people and the right place.
Dealers are excluded. I would like to stay in touch and know where they end up and how they are doing.
They do not have to go together to 1 person.
Only serious responses from people who can actually offer dry, open, and windy housing.
