Combining breeding and leisure? You can with this incredibly sweet, big cuddle star mare, she is a true family horse!

Ayu van Zomerstaete is perhaps the sweetest horse in the stable, always attentive, cheerful and calm by nature. She is a star mare with an exceptionally good and full pedigree.

Ayu is well ridden and practically bombproof. She is traffic-safe and can also handle heavy traffic.

Our Ayu produces very nice offspring and she is a good dam, plus she gets in foal easily. She was intentionally not covered this year.

We think Ayu is the ultimate horse for an enthusiast looking for good breeding stock who also wants to thoroughly enjoy a fine leisure horse. Would you rather enter the sport and not breed? That is of course also possible with Ayu since she is a horse with still a lot of potential, only she has been used mainly as a broodmare in recent years so that would need to be picked up further. Ayu is in any case the ultimate family horse!

Ayu is a daughter of Hessel 480 Sport out of a star+preferent mare by Harmen 424 Sport x Anton 343 Sport+preferent. This is followed by star+3 / star+3 / model+preferent / model+preferent / model+preferent / star+preferent mare line 035.
