Talented 4-year-old mare Contagio Z x Cador
Description
Chelsianne Z is a 4-year-old mare with a height at withers of 1.67, and she is expected to grow a bit more. She is affectionate and well-behaved in handling, under the saddle she is alert yet well-behaved. She is currently in training with us in tolbert, she is easy to ride on the contact and does not react to different riders.
Over the past period she first jumped courses indoors and later outdoors and is currently jumping 1.10m. She is sharp over the fence and always wants to get to the other side, during the course she goes forward to the jump and is not easily spooked by anything. She appears to be a very good horse, for someone looking for a good horse to train to their own liking she would be highly suitable.
She is also very interesting for breeding:
About sire Contagio Z: Alongside his own impressive sport career, Contagio Z as a sire continues a strong legacy with some of the most successful showjumpers of recent years. Ridden by Gerrit Nieberg, he consistently delivered top performances in Grand Prix and Nations Cups, praised for his precision and his enormous ability to shine when the pressure was highest.
Where Contagio Z truly distinguishes himself in a class of his own, however, is in his offspring. His offspring read like an honor roll of modern sport: from Contagious, the partner of McLain Ward with Olympic silver and Pan-Am Games gold, to the extremely consistent Coby 8, who won over € 2.2 million in prize money with Philipp Weishaupt, and other notable 1.60m performers such as Best Boy 2, Catch Me Marathon, Con Taggio and Cessna 24. His offspring have now earned over € 4.5 million, a remarkable achievement for a stallion with relatively small, early crops. (source: zangersheide)
Broodmare sire Cador is also a jumping stallion who has jumped at the highest level (his sire is Catoki)
behind that Landfriese 2, Wahtamin XX, Joost.... in short, plenty of sport and blood in the pedigree of Chelsianne Z!
