Promising 6-year-old Douglas x Colandro x Emilion

For sale: 6-year-old show jumping gelding with great potential

Douglas x Colandro x Emilion
Born: May 27, 2020 | Height: approx. 1.72 m

Home-bred 6-year-old gelding out of an elite (sport-spr) mare. Currently competing at 1.00 m level, with plenty of talent and scope for further development in show jumping.

An athletically built horse with great body mechanics, a nice canter, and a natural aptitude for jumping. He is careful over fences, willing to work, and light on the aids. Due to his sensitive character, he is suitable for an experienced and ambitious rider.

Besides jumping, he is potentially suitable for eventing and performs a neat dressage test.

In handling, he is well-behaved and honest. He is regularly ridden in the woods, is good with the farrier, and can be loaded onto the trailer alone.

X-rayed (legs, neck, and back). There is a finding on one hock joint. The asking price has been adjusted accordingly.

Due to having multiple horses and a lack of time, we are looking for a good sporting home.
