Sweet mare with a lot of dressage potential

Description
In short:
Kato is truly a super sweet mare, she is affectionate with people, sweet to other horses and has no mareish traits or stable vices, she also thoroughly enjoys being groomed and getting attention.
She has a good foundation with 3 correct gaits, and a lot of talent for the higher dressage movements. A little jump is no problem either. She is extremely eager to learn and picks things up quickly.
She has good manners and is well-behaved in hand and under saddle, with the farrier, vet, osteopath etc. and also happily goes on hacks in a group.
She does have some spirit and is a bit quick to get nervous, which is why she is not suitable for true beginners.
She has been with me for 8 years and is neatly up to date with the farrier, vaccinations and deworming.
Kato also has an overbite and a stringhalt-like hind leg, but with the correct management she is not bothered by this at all.
Kato would be very suitable for someone who has already built a good foundation and now wants to progress together to the higher classes, or someone who wants to invest the time and effort to turn her into a fantastic leisure horse.
General:
Kato is a super sweet mare of 11 years old. She has a good foundation with 3 impressive but fine gaits. She is sweet in handling and has no mareish traits, but is quickly nervous and therefore certainly not always the easiest.
She is well-behaved with brushing and truly enjoys this, saddling up is also no problem at all. I have never seen her bite or kick purposefully, she accepts the bit easily.
She lunges well-behaved and can do so largely on voice commands.
Under saddle, Kato is often enthusiastic and needs a clear and consistent rider. She has a sensitive back and does not tolerate riders who bounce in the saddle. With a height at withers of 1.72+ she is also a large horse with plenty of body, and for all these reasons certainly not suitable for a beginner rider.
However, she is responsive to the aids and very pleasant to ride by a somewhat more experienced rider, she easily goes on the contact and already knows some movements from the higher classes. She has done less in recent years and will therefore need to be picked up again.
I have achieved a few points in B with her but have never ridden competitions fanatically, I do expect that she can go far in dressage with the right rider.
Kato really enjoys jumping a small fence, but has little talent for it. I am not a showjumper myself either so I have never really invested time in it. With the right guidance this could improve.
In a group she is very nice to ride out on hacks, on her own she finds this very exciting. She is used to tractors and lorries and on familiar territory or in a group she will practically never make a problem of this. She is also familiar with dogs, cats and small children and thinks all of this is fine. Aeroplanes and birds are no problem either.
She is well-behaved with the farrier, osteopath, physiotherapist and vet, for the dentist she needs to be sedated. She has never been fully clipped but does not mind this at the vet or for her mane.
Loading into a trailer she finds very exciting and her behaviour varies, strange territory is also very exciting.
She is a true friend to everyone and loves being outside with other horses, in the stable she has no stable vices.
Remarks:
Kato has a substantial overbite and therefore needs to go to the dentist every year. For this she needs to be sedated so it is important to find a specialized vet instead of a standard equine dentist. She is not bothered by this otherwise, she can just take a bit and accepts it well, she can also eat and graze just fine, she only spills her concentrates.
Kato also has a crampy left hind leg due to an old trauma, this is different from stringhalt. You only notice this while picking up the hooves and stepping backwards. While riding nothing of this can be seen. For this reason it is important that she can move a lot and therefore can go outside daily (preferably even 24/7).
New home:
I am looking for a 5-star home for Kato where she can go outside a lot and is worked with a lot. She is ideal for a rider who has already built a good foundation and now wants to progress to the higher classes with a reliable horse. Due to her nervous character she is not suitable for a beginner rider. Dealers and riding schools need not apply.
A good sale is more important than a fast one, and I offer a 3-month trial period. There is also the option to first lease her full-time for a number of months (450 euro/month) at her current location.
Asking price is in the mid-high 4 figures, for the right place the price can be discussed. Equipment can be taken over for a small extra price (excluding halter and fly mask, these are included)
Pre-purchase exam is possible at the buyer's expense, keep in mind that she will very likely fail the exam for sport due to her crampy leg. She has a D-OC and prok predicate
