Dam Gorusa B.S. is a half-sister to the national 1.45m showjumper Mackensen (by Inaico VDL) ridden by Michael Morrissey, while granddam Zorusa has a successful half-brother in the international 1.55m Grand Prix horse Iggy Pop (by Dallas VDL) ridden by Joseph Davison. In the fourth generation, this line traces back to a half-sister of the Grand Prix horse Rocto (by Indoctro) ridden by Benas Gutkauskas, and from this direct line, top Olympic showjumper Fibonacci 17 ridden by Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum and other 1.60m horses such as H&M Crusader Ice and Hello Valentino were also bred. Sire Unedo van de Vondel was premium-awarded by the KWPN and, as a grandson of the 1.60m horse Calleryama ridden by Gilles Thomas, is highly promising for both sport and breeding.
