Anjershof Sergio is a beautiful hunter prospect with a fantastic character. Talent clearly runs in the family: Sergio is the half-brother of the approved stallion Anjershof Shadok and also the half-brother of our own talented Anjershof Rishi, who is also part of this auction.

Because of Sergio’s young age, we have consciously chosen to focus his training on one discipline for now: the hunter ring. He picks this up tremendously well and shows all the qualities we love to see in a young hunter prospect.

But his talent certainly doesn't stop there. With his high-quality movement and natural athletic ability, we believe that if you put shoes on him, he could also have a very interesting future as a dressage pony!

In daily handling, Sergio is as gentle as a lamb. Even a small child can walk him, groom him, and help tack him up. He is incredibly relaxed, sweet, and easy to have in and around the stable.

He will never buck, rear, or bolt. He is still young and we are fully engaged in giving him as much experience as possible. At the beginning, he can sometimes still be a little bit fresh, as you might expect from a young pony, but he then takes up his work nicely and learns with every ride.

There is a possibility to leave Sergio in training with us for a period after the auction. If you are interested in this, please contact us before placing your bid, as we only have a limited number of places available for ponies that stay with us in training after the auction.
