Kato is an appealing, showjumping-bred mare from 2022, by Kassander van ’t Roosakker Z out of a Namelus R damline. She is a willing and cooperative mare with a lovely character and great aptitude for showjumping.

Currently, Kato is jumping around 80 and 90 cm and showing great potential to progress to higher levels. She takes her work seriously, learns quickly, and is happy to cooperate with her rider. ✨

Alongside her talent for showjumping, she also shows aptitude for dressage. She is currently L1-classified with win points, making her versatile in use.

In handling, Katowice is a reliable and lovely mare. I can always mount and ride off calmly. She is also well-behaved and relaxed out on hacks, and genuinely enjoys a trail ride. 🌿

Given her age and her current training level, she is not suitable for a beginner rider. She best suits an ambitious rider who wants to grow together with her, continue her training, and make the most of her potential in sport.

Last year as a three-year-old, Kato passed a vetting including x-rays of legs, neck, and back. Re-examination is permitted at the buyer's expense. 🩻

She is well-behaved with the farrier and loading into the trailer, and she will only go to a 5 ⭐️ home.
