In June, New Pleasure VDL won the CSI1* Grand Prix in Lichtenvoorde, a class at 1.40m. Two months later he won again at that height, in Ermelo. Hessel Hoekstra rode him at 1.45m in 2025. Dam Cersiena Z is producing only her second foal with this colt foal, and she is out of the ster mare Ersiena, listed on Horsetelex at 1.20m.

The sport record of the Usiena family lies one generation further back and it is concrete. Third dam Tresiena produced seven offspring and five of them received a sport record. Great-uncle Neuchatel Z jumped to fourth place at 1.45m in Vilamoura, Portugal, in March 2019 and finished tenth in a 1.45m in Wiener Neustadt in July of that year. Great-aunt Jersiena finished eighth in a 1.40m in Fontainebleau in July 2022 and jumped at that height in Gorla Minore in March 2023 as well. Great-uncle Montreal competes at 1.30m.

Vreek Pieter, a brother of the great-grandam, also placed seventh in a 1.45m in Athens in July 2019. The proof here does not lie in the first two generations, but one step above that. However, it is recorded on international arenas.
