As our daughter is moving up to horses, we are looking for a new rider and a loving home for our Bowie after 4 wonderful years together.

A well-behaved, honest and willing pony with character and a heart of gold. He loves doing his work, gives everything for his rider and is still open to new challenges.

His aptitude for dressage is nicely expressed through his sire line: both Keerlke and Kennedy performed at international level. When we bought Bowie, he was competing at LRV DL1; our daughter brought him to the current LRV DL2 level over the past four years and this year also took the step outside LRV to FEI Dressage Level 3, where they achieved 64.5% at national level. Bowie has furthermore been active within LRV his whole life.

SHOWJUMPING
• In training Bowie jumps 90 cm – 1 m and higher
• LRV – competition experience up to 90 cm
• 2x selected for Jumping Mechelen - 80 cm in 2024 and 90 cm in 2025
• Experience within the Ponycriterium
• FEI Golden Boot - 90 cm and 1m

This year the focus was mainly on FEI dressage and LRV eventing, which is why we deliberately kept the jumping at the level of previous years. Bowie is fast, athletic and jumps with scope; with an experienced, confident rider he certainly still has potential to grow further in this.

🏡 A top horse at home too: Bowie is very nice and easy to ride, both at home and at competitions. He is easy to handle, well-behaved with the vet, farrier and grooming, and travels without problems in the horse trailer. He is social with other horses and also feels completely at ease with goats, cats and dogs. 🐴🐐🐈🐕

With his character, experience and sporting attitude, Bowie comes into his own best with an experienced rider who wants to grow further with him and make optimal use of his qualities.
