🐴 !!SOLD!! – VEGAS VM 2021 | Gelding | Promising Eventing Prospect

🐴 FOR SALE – VEGAS VM
2021 | Gelding | Promising Eventing Prospect

It is with a heavy heart that we offer Vegas VM, a handsome 5-year-old gelding, height at withers +/-165cm, for sale.

Vegas has only been backed for a few months and is therefore right at the beginning of his training. Despite his limited experience, he already gives us a very nice feeling and shows a lot of natural aptitude for the three disciplines of eventing.

He has so far participated in one showjumping competition and one schooling cross-country and remained neatly clear both times. Especially during his first schooling cross-country he made an impression: without previous competition experience in cross-country he took everything very easily and immediately went around nicely and clear.

Vegas has good movements, a nice canter and a good technique over the jump. He thinks along, takes on new tasks easily and is a pleasant horse to work with daily. In addition, he is a particularly handsome and appealing horse that immediately stands out at a competition due to his presence.

His pedigree also makes him particularly interesting for eventing.

Vegas is a son of Bisquet Balou van de Mispelaere (Balou du Rouet) out of Joyfull Lady (Albaran xx).

His damline is a strong, blood-typed and proven eventing line. Joyfull Lady carries no less than 81,25% Thoroughbred. Grandam Orchard Grove (White Clover) brings valuable Irish sport horse blood via the renowned Clover Hill line and has already produced Kyra VM, competed internationally up to CCI2*-level. Joyfull Lady is likewise the dam of Sundance VM, who is active internationally in eventing.

Thus, Vegas combines modern jumping blood via Balou du Rouet with plenty of Thoroughbred, proven eventing performances and classic Irish sport horse blood on the dam's side.

An interesting young horse for a rider who wants to train further themselves and is looking for a horse with the qualities to progress in eventing.

Vegas is still at the beginning of his career and is being sold because unfortunately we cannot keep all our young horses ourselves.
