Proven KWPN/Holstein Broodmare (foal optionally also for sale)
Description
We are looking for a nice 5-star home for our reliable and healthy broodmare. Due to downsizing our hobby, we unfortunately have to make choices, which is why we decided to sell her.
General Information
Studbook: Registered in the studbook of the KWPN and the Holstein Verband.
Pedigree: Dakar VDL x Iroko (originating from the well-known, old Karla line of Jan Eefting).
Health: The mare is in good health. A clinical or X-ray pre-purchase exam is allowed (costs for the buyer).
Properties & Pregnancy
Cycle: Very regular cycle of exactly 21 days.
Oestrus: Shows her oestrus clearly and calmly, which ensures a lot of peace and convenience during insemination.
Insemination: Always quickly and smoothly pregnant via artificial insemination (both fresh and frozen semen). A second AI has never been necessary so far.
Gestation period: Very reliable in her gestation period. The pregnancy with her always lasts exactly 11 months until the due date; deviations of more than 4 days are exceptional.
Proven Broodmare & Offspring
Results: She has brought us six beautiful, healthy foals. The births have always proceeded completely without complications.
Foal of this year: Her healthy female foal of this year (2026) is currently by her side and is optionally also for sale, Dubliner X Dakar VDL x Iroko. Photo 4, 5, 6, 7.
References: Her offspring are very popular. Previously a three-year-old offspring was sold to Groningen, and another foal was successfully sold to Hungary via Veiling Brouwers.
